BEYOND CAREER DISCOVERY

Build the mindset to keep growing.

A developmental snapshot

See the learning picture more clearly.

The AAGEKYA Capability Index is an initial-to-final developmental snapshot across five areas. It gives students and parents a way to clarify development areas and review progress during the programme.

A careful distinction: this index is developmental. It is not a validated psychometric instrument, a predictive score, or a guarantee of improvement.

From self-understanding to career discovery

Connect How You Learn With What You Could Explore.

Students build an understanding of how they think, solve problems and approach learning, then use that understanding to explore interests, academic pathways and future possibilities. Structured activities also build awareness of focus, time management, goal-setting and personal ownership of learning.

Reflect on interests, strengths, learning preferences and areas for development.

02 / 04

Build Learning Ownership

What is the AAGEKYA Capability Index?
